Outbound Call Operator
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Follow-up assign jobs according to service desk portal
- Maintaining daily job log sheet
- Resolve issues in minimum down time according to service desk S.L.A.
- Maintaining proper coordination with supporting teams and colleagues
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Advise user on appropriate action and redirect problems to appropriate resources
- Log all help desk interactions
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Education and Experience:
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Good keyboard skills
- Knowledge of technical principles and methods
- Knowledge of customer service principle and practices
- Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology
- Technical experience
