Outbound Call Operator

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up assign jobs according to service desk portal
  • Maintaining daily job log sheet
  • Resolve issues in minimum down time according to service desk S.L.A.
  • Maintaining proper coordination with supporting teams and colleagues
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Advise user on appropriate action and redirect problems to appropriate resources
  • Log all help desk interactions
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates

Education and Experience:

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Knowledge of technical principles and methods
  • Knowledge of customer service principle and practices
  • Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology
  • Technical experience
