Reservations Manager

The Reservations Manager will oversee functions at the Reservations Department. He/She will maintain all room reservations electronically, and maximise room sales through effective yielding, and ensure that high room occupancies are maintained across the year.

The ideal candidate should:

• Have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position in the Hotel / Travel Industry
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and maintain rapport with corporate clients, and those in the Travel / Leisure business
• Possess strong leadership skills, attention to details and a methodical approach
• Be a good communicator and be able to negotiate effectively
