Abans Finance PLC is seeking a dynamic, creative and self motivated individual for the post of System Analyst.

System Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to use new and emerging technologies to enhance the effectiveness of internal processes
• Coordinate with system developers and suppliers in a timely and effective manner
• Coordinate the various project stakeholders to ensure that user requirements are properly satisfied by the system developers and ensure all issues reported are solved promptly
• Develop ad-hoc reports and carry out statistical analysis when required

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and communication skills along with the ability to work independently
• Should possess a degree in the field related to Information Technology
• Knowledge in generating ad-hoc reports by executing SQL Queries
• Experience with any Core Banking / Finance solution will be an added advantage
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar capacity
