We are on the lookout for a good performer in the capacity of a Cashier.

Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to customers' enquiries and manage all records, documents relating to customers in a timely and proficient manner
• To actively practice and participate in providing excellent customer services, constantly exceeding expectations
• Receive payment transactions from the customers and manage all payments and collections according to standard procedures and on timely basis
• Provide efficient support and communicate with inter departments related to customer service and administrative activities

Qualifications Required:

• G.C.E. Advanced Level
• Experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English
• Good customer service & interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Ability to prepare timely and quality reports
• School leavers are welcome to apply
