Customer Support Executive

Location: Homagama Office

Requirements:

  • Strong Customer Service & Client Management skills
  • Person who can work responsibly and independently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent proficiency in English & Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
  • Age below 30 years
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work at home when required (Tab provided)
  • Prior experience in customer care is an added advantage
  • Preference given to those residing close the Athurugiriya / Homagama

Job Role:

  • Achieving online sale targets quickly & effectively by responding & resolving customer issues via phone, email & chat (Online & Facebook)
  • Writing contents for the web pages and the products available in the website
