Human Resources Assistant
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Part or full qualification in HRM from a recognised institute
- Minimum one year work experience
- Sound knowledge in MS Office package is required
- Ability to work fast and meet the deadlines with high accuracy of work
- Good attitude & team work
- Good command in English
- Below 30 years of age
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment & selection process
- Maintain personal files & correspondence
- Gain awareness of payroll system and statutory reporting and to maintain records up to date
- Implement new HR activities to enhance Employee Engagement
- Attend to HR Administrative functions
