Aitken Spence Plansations owns and manages tea, rubber and palm oil estates with adjacencies of several other interests. We require the service of a dynamic, result oriented and highly motivated individual to be a part of our team in the following capacity.

Executive (Internal Audit)

The ideal candidate should possess the G.C.E. A/L qualification and a full/part qualification in CIMA/AAT or any other related qualification from a reputed institute. A minimum of 3 years' experience in conducting audits in the plantation sector is essential to perform this role. God analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work long hours, willingness to travel outstation and computer literacy are key competencies sought. Candidates above 25 years age are preferred.

Main duties and responsibilities sector:

• Performing internal audits in the plantations sector
• Suggesting any improvements to the Manager
• Assisting the Manager in conducting audits and reporting the observation to the Management
• Adhering to the standards of practices set by the company
