Abans Electricals PLC (Service Department) handles the service, repairs and maintenance of the world's best brands of electric and electronic products sold by Abans. We are looking for dedicated and hard working individuals for our Contact Centre.

Customer Care Officers / Executives & Trainees (Male / Female)

Requirements:

• Age between 18-25 years
• School leavers are also invited ao apply
• Should have an aptitude for customer service
• Should possess excellent listening and problem solving skills
• High fluency in the English and Sinhala languages, with Tamil being as asset
• Ability to handle emergency situations in a professional and friendly manner

Training will be provided to the selected candidates
