System Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Linux System administration
  • Configure Samba, MySQL, PHP, Ruby, Apache web server and virtual hosts Configure Samba, Apache web server and virtual hosts
  • Virtualization through the KVM, VMWARE & Virtual Box
  • Web Hosting and Scheduling Tasks (Cron Jobs)
  • Raid, Hardware & Network Cabling
  • Windows server maintenance and database administration knowledge is a plus

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Linux systems administration with 1-2 years’ experience
  • A sound knowledge in Server Hardware
  • Must be a team player and work closely with network administration team

Skills & Personal Characteristics:

  • Attention to detail and organizational aptitude
  • Must have positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
