Management Trainees

Requirements:

• We are seeking individuals who are committed to excellence, exceptionally talented and are looking to propel themselves to new career heights through hard work and self-determination. If you fit this profile, we want you to be a part of the Winterquilts Group Management Trainee Program.
• You will be exposed to a unique 24 month intensive training plan where you will acquire skills and competencies to succeed and prepare you for management responsibilities in the professional fields of your choice.
• As a Winterquilts Group Management Trainee you will receive many opportunities to engage in stimulating and exciting projects within the Winterquilts Group having its Head Office at Dehiwala and its associate companies in Polonnaruwa and Kalutara.
• Those who are below 28 years of age and possess academic / professional qualifications in Accounting, Marketing or Merchandising, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, apparel production management etc can apply. Having an excellent command of English Language and Computer literacy is a must.
