Customer Relations Officer (Fixed Deposit and Savings)
We are seeking for young energetic individuals who are looking forward to kick-start a career in the Fixed Deposit and Savings section with a pleasant friendly personality, good social conduct and eagerness to cross all the limits & obstacles to achieve the intended goal.
Job Profile:
- Maintaining a good rapport with internal & external stakeholders
- Assisting customer requirements and maintain a customer friendly behaviour
- Handling documentation & back office operations
Key Requirements:
- Successfully completed A/L and possessing a professional qualification will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to face new challenges
- Candidates with similar experience are encouraged to apply
- Age below 25 years
