Trainee Coordinator

Qualification & Skills:

• Passed G.C.E. A/L
• Possess good communication skills in both English and Sinhala
• Be a team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Possess a sound knowledge of MS Office package

Job Responsibilities:

• To respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming sales inquiries
• Responsible for handling and preparing documents for tenders
• Structuring and preparing sales quotations
• Maintaining databases and Sales Reports
• Support sales staff by providing sales data & coordinating the sales team by filing important documents and communication relevant information.
