HR Assistant
Job Profile:
- Coordinate and handle all HR activities including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll, Training & Development, Performance Management, Health & Safety
- Handle staff insurance of the company and its subsidiaries
- Ability to work effectively with sensitive and confidential information
Person Profile:
- Qualified / Part qualified in Human Resource Management from a recognised institute
- Should possess 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Should be below 30 years of age
- Should possess good command of English language, both oral and written and must be computer literate (MS Office)
- Experience in handling HRIS system would be an added advantage
- Should be a person with high interpersonal and analytical skills, a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work on flexible working hours
