Call Centre Agents

We are looking for professionals and well spoken candidates who are willing to be a Multi-tasker to join our Call Centre Team.

The candidate profile:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with excellent telephone etiquette skills
  • Ability to work in a computerised environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil language would be an added advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willing to work on Saturday's & Sunday's and on Shift Basis
  • Residence in Colombo and Suburbs
