Customer Relationship Officer

The Role:

• Meet & greet visitors to our office by welcoming, directly and announcing them appropriately
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
• Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / courier
• Update appointment calendar and schedule meetings / appointments

The Person:

• Minimum of G.C.E. O/L
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Possess good telephone manners and empathy towards visitors
• Computer literate
• At least one years' experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
