Senior Cashier

Location: Union Place

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receipting for all Cash, Cheque, Cr Card & Direct Deposits.
• Daily Banking of Cash & Cheques / other instruments without delay.
• Collection of Cheque Returns (CRNs) from bank and hand over to Finance.
• Administration of Petty Cash Float & related functions as per Guidelines.
• Issuing IOUs as per guidelines and following up for settlements on time.
• Weekly/ Monthly Reporting of Petty cash/ IOU position of all locations.
• Dispatching CHQs to Suppliers / related parties.
• Administration of Temporary receipt books as per Guidelines.
• Accepting / SAP entering the PD Cheques.
• Other related work assigned by the Management.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as senior cashier in Automotive sector.
• To be passed A/L & higher education will be added advantage.
• Computer Literacy.
• Should be able to Read/Write & Understand Sinhala and Read/Write & understand basic English.
• Positive Attitude / Good Team Player / Following instructions and procedure / Delivering Results and Meeting standard expectations.
