Sales Analyst

Job Role:

• Compile, analyse, evaluate sales data over time to forecast sales trends and market demands
• Analyse, forecast, interpret overall sales and performance records in region and channel wise and making recommendations
• Monitor and analyse competitive activity, customer and market trends
• Analyse sales performance records, interpret overall results, recommend options for under-performing areas
• Work usually with Demand planning team and provide actionable insights to guide Sales & Marketing teams
• Active engagement in contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives
• Assist Management team in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysis
• Communicate results to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations

Candidate Profile:

• Possess Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Statistic from a recognised university
• Minimum 2 years post qualifying working experience in the relevant field
• Previous experience in Demand planning would be a definite advantage
• Sound knowledge in Ms Office package, excellent in Excel
• A dynamic, self-motivated personal with good PR skills
• Excellent analytical planning and presentation skills
• Experience in ERP system
