Cashier Cum Administrative Assistant

Location: Kurunegala Lab

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Completed G.C.E. A/L
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Reception01 / Cashiering / Data Entry
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Work, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Ability to use office equipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiently
  • Knowledge on medical terminology is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the standard procedures of feeding numerical data or patient details into a computer, generating bills, collecting payments, preparing daily collection reports, tallying the cashier's collections with daily collection reports, processing investigations, resolving routine problems, handle customer relations, both internal and external, handle all customer queries and maintain all relevant log sheets, files and documents.
