Customer Care Coordinator
Job Profile:
- Manage large amount of walk-in customers and identify their needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and required documents.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and advice the customer on how to gain more from the products sold.
- responsible for responding to all telephone calls and emails, analyse the fault and provide necessary solution with a shorter period. Take the ownership and follow-up until the job assigned is successfully completed.
Candidate Profile:
- Should have a Diploma in Marketing or Business Management from a recognised University or Institute.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in the similar capacity.
- Should possess an excellent command of English and Sinhala languages, both oral and written.
- Should be familiar with MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Age should be below 30 years.
- Should be a person with high interpersonal and analytical skills, a committed who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work on flexible working hours.
