Executive - HR

The selected candidate will be based at the Avissawella Factory.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate and arrange manpower requirement (Ex:- Production, Engineering, Stores), Renew, maintain the agreement and manage manpower employee issues, Check OT hours, working hours, Shifts and arrange payment to manpower supplier, Attend to manpower employee selection interview, Coordinate to obtain the medical reports.
  • Register all employees to Biometrics system, System updates on HCM, Sending Monthly attendance sheets to Exe & Non-Ex staff, Preparing Additional working hours Allowance, Sending OT information, Attendance incentive, no pay Etc to payroll.
  • Coordinate & Execution of Training Calendar, Entering Training Hours into the system, Analyse training evaluation data.
  • Plan, coordinate & Execution of annual event calendar.
  • Sort list candidate’s CVs & calling them for interviews, Conduct general knowledge test & Conduct HR Interview, Coordinate Department Interview & FM Interview and arrange the medical test for selected, Issue offering letters, LOA’s, etc. and update to HIVE, Complete personal files for Non-executive category, Maintain EPF Register, Filling & registering ABH forms, Preparing Adhoc reports to cater the Management requirements, attending to BOI & Labour Department. Meeting, Conduct Induction for New recruits (manpower/ Permanent),  Prepare Monthly HR Overview Report, Annual Non-Ex PMS work, Coordinate & arrange Employee council meetings, Attending to Employee accidents  & WCI Claiming.
  • Cafeteria Operation - Maintain an inventory for canteen items and fulfil the requirements, Maintain required quality standards of meals,  Check the invoice and headcount, Maintain required service standards' as mentioned in the agreement, Update AM HR daily regarding the food quality and changes.
  • Assist management to ensure safe and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit, Handling employee insurance and medical claims, Identify Unsafe acts and conditions and reporting to AM HR, Identify environment-related risks, Assist AM HR to promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable.


The ideal candidate should possess:
Bsc in HRM or possess HR-related professional qualification (PQHRM) with 2-3 years HR experience of which at least 1 year should be in an FMCG Company.

Remuneration for the above position will be in accordance with the JKH Compensation and Benefits Policy.
