We are looking for dynamic & self-motivated individuals to join the following post.

Receptionist

We are looking for an energetic individual with a pleasant personality to join our head office as a receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Job Role:

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mails.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages.
  • An outgoing personality with a customer service attitude.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issue arise.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure.
