The Job:

• Ensure customer requests and complains are attended to and resolved within the standard time lines
• Assist the team to manage the service standards
• Ensure Bank's products and services are promoted

The Person:

• Should possess B passes for Mathematics and English at the G.C.E. O/L in one sitting
• 2 Passes (excluding English) at G.C.E. A/L examination in one sitting
• Part professional qualification would be an added advantage
• Must be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Be below 24 years of age
