Finance Executive
Role Summary:
As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible in handling all company related taxes and payments such as Income Taxes, VAT, WHT, general payments and other financial reporting areas of the subsidiary and associate companies.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure WHT clearances are obtained from the Inland Revenue Department in a timely manner for an efficient payment process.
- Handle WHT, Income Tax, and VAT computations by making payments and filing returns on time.
- Handle internal and external audits in terms of financial reporting, taxes and payments.
- Actively engage in the preparation of finalization of annual reports.
- Prepare management reports of subsidiaries and associates, and financial reporting related policies.
- Maintain the Fixed Assets Register.
- Work on automating process and improving the ERP system's utilisation.
- Stay regularly updated with recent changes in the new tax regulations in order to be able to apply such technical knowledge when required.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Part qualification of professional exams from CA, CIMA, ACCA or any other equivalent body. CA pass finalist is preferred.
- 2 years of experience with hands on experience on Microsoft Office packages and ERP systems (preferably Oracle).
- Experience in a recognised audit firm would be an added advantage.
- Open attitude to accept new challenges and change in work areas.
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and be a fast learner.
- Ability to pay close attention to details.
- Capacity to manage time effectively and work well within a team.
