Established in 1986, the Company is the sole distributor of Suzuki Motorcycles and Suzuki genuine Spare Parts to the Sri Lankan market. Currently, the Company is in a rapid expansion phase in enhancing its footprint on Sale, Spare Parts and Service Dealer network to untapped markets in the country.

Accounts Executive

The Job Role:

• Handling Trade Receivable of the Company, Maintaining Individual Debtor Accounts, Managing Leasing Company Debtors and Periodic Debtor reporting on debt position.
• Handling Guarantee Received, Maintaining Cash Guarantee Register and Computation of Interest on Cash Guarantee Receipts.
• Receipting Cash, cheques & credit card payments from Customers and monitoring daily bank statements.
• Having good relationships with Trade Customers / Debtors and Sales Staff.
• Check Daily Cash collections.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation.
• Updating General Ledger (Journal entry updating / reconciliation and control accounts).

Requirements:

• Completed Business Level (II) Chartered Accounts of Sri Lanka.
• Must be computer literate (MS Office, Excel).
• Having prior working experiences on similar capacity.
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Should be a person with high interpersonal skills, a self-started who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work long hours including weekends.
