Junior Executive - Finance

Job Role:

• Operational finance role which will be fully responsible for the overall finance related activities of the company.

Qualifications:

• Full qualification in AAT or part qualifications in CA/CIMA/ACCA and/or degree in Accountancy from a recognised institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Good in Microsoft office packages - specially in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cash / credit sales reconciliation.
• Cash float handling.
• Inventory management.
• Debtors management - including debtors follow up and reconciliation.
• Assurance of on-time supplier payments.

Remarks:

• Analytical and logical thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
• Time management and organisational skills, including the ability to efficiently multitask when necessary.
• Team player with a pleasing personality.
