Sales & Customer Service Associate (Female)

Candidate Profile:

• School leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Applicant needs to be an exceptional communicator in English and Sinhala languages.
• Having a creative thinking and business partnering attitudes.
• Ability to work independently with positive attitude to work.
• Dynamic individual with customer service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Strong sense of time management and ability to handle pressure and multitasking.
• Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the customer requirements and serve their needs promptly to build customer loyalty.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries.
• Building a sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Cross-sell / Up-sell products by clearly understanding customers' needs.
• Understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter is an added advantage.
• Maintain a high response rate for customer inquiries coming in via chat and phone calls processing and fulfilling online orders.
• Work together with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
