Customer Care Executives

Customer Care Executives (Call Centre Agents) will be primary contact for our service seeking customers by responding to inquiries, managing complaints, troubleshooting significant customer service problems and providing general information.

The requirements:

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Fluent in English / Sinhala and Tamil would be an added advantage.
  • Should have excellent organisation skills and multitasking.
  • Customer focus and adaptability.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications / Microsoft Office package.
  • Passionate about customer service is a must.
