Cost Controller

The Job Role:

• To produce daily/weekly food flash report.
• Operating cost prices.
• Recording of transfers of food between departments.
• Monitoring costs of all food results.
• Production of monthly food results.
• Undertake relevant menu costing.
• Update Food & Beverage cost prices.
• Recording of transfers between beverage departments.
• PRoduction of monthly potential sales report.
• Maintain an accurate cellar ledger.
• Monitoring profitability of all Food & Beverage areas and suggest and/or implement improvements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in cost control.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Partly qualified in CIMA or relevant field strongly preferred.
• Experience in Hotels / Restaurant field is an added advantage.
• Age between 25-40 years.
