Accounts Executive

The candidate should be able to contribute efficiently and effectively in the Finance Department by Executing Daily Tasks. This role will requires strong accounting knowledge and ability to attend the follow-up work.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Regular updating of all cash/bank transactions, assist in processing and finalisation of accounts.
• Checking, verification of bills payable., preparation of payment voucher and accounting with proper narration on a daily basis.
• Petty cash handling and reconciliation of Cash and Bank Books.
• Regular coordination and liaison with banks from time to time.
• Regular update, implementation and generate monthly reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• The ideal candidate should have minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification.
• A diploma in the field of commerce / accounting / finance or part qualification or any other part professional accounting qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
