Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in recruitment (IT recruitment would be definite added advantage).
- Responsible for full recruitment life cycle including strategic candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection process and offer development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-driven, go-getter & out of the box thinker.
- Able to efficiently manage stakeholders and understand their requirements and action it.
- Ability to work under pressure situation and deliver.
- Good knowledge in analysis.
