Accounts Executive (Stores Assistant)

Location: Rajagiriya (Warehouse)

Job Description:

• Maintenance of an accurate real time database of the details involved in the assigned job role in our warehouse management system.
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports to the management.
• You are required to issue GRN and GTN details (real time) via the Quick Books software when the goods are dispatched and received.
• You are required to check the quantities when the items are dispatched from the warehouse.

Requirements:

• A/L completed in commerce stream.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to use QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in transport section will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy with sound communication skills.
• Perform under minimum supervision with high integrity, honesty and transparency.
• Age below 28.
