Administrative Executive
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 simple passes in G.C.E. A/L.
- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Certificate or a diploma in business administration will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala.
- Age should be between 25-30 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Manage documentation and filing.
- Registration of suppliers.
- Vehicle fleet management of the group:
Allocating and maintaining vehicle database.
Coordinating and documentation of insurance claims.
Monitoring insurance renewal / revenue license renewal and emission tests. - Fuel Management:
Coordinating and allocating fuel and issuing touch cards.
Allocation and monitoring of fuel usage through verifying running charts. - Managing group stationary stock.
- Preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Assisting purchasing department for documentations.
