Administrative Executive

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 simple passes in G.C.E. A/L.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Certificate or a diploma in business administration will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala.
  • Age should be between 25-30 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Manage documentation and filing.
  • Registration of suppliers.
  • Vehicle fleet management of the group:
    Allocating and maintaining vehicle database.
    Coordinating and documentation of insurance claims.
    Monitoring insurance renewal / revenue license renewal and emission tests.
  • Fuel Management:
    Coordinating and allocating fuel and issuing touch cards.
    Allocation and monitoring of fuel usage through verifying running charts.
  • Managing group stationary stock.
  • Preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Assisting purchasing department for documentations.
