Junior Executive - HR

Job Role:

  • Act as the HRIS administrator and update relevant employee movements in a timely manner.
  • Responsible to update relevant employee databases / tracker with accurate information in a timely manner & providing updates & reports as required.
  • Responsible for handling employee leave and attendance management system.
  • Responsible for handling Company Medical Insurance scheme.
  • Responsible for handling transactions related to employee movements.
  • Assisting with any other tasks as required by the Management.

Job Pre-Requisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of HR.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in Insurance industry will be an added advantage.
