Stores Assistant

Job Profile:

• Issue replacements parts/backup units in a timely manner as per defined process.
• Provide accurate and time inputs to invoicing functions.
• Provide input on order levels/non-moving items.
• Responsible to Manage Inventory Control by correctly Receiving and Issuing Goods.
• Support and involve to other operational functions at Warehouse to sustain an effective Teamwork.

Candidate Profile:

• Should possess the G.C.E. A/L exam with 3 simple passes (School leavers are encouraged to apply).
• Professional qualification in warehousing & inventory management from a recognised institute would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the similar capacity will be an added advantage.
• Should possess an excellent command of English and Sinhala languages, both oral and written.
• Should be familiar with MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and IT systems.
• Age should be below 26 years (School leavers are also encouraged to apply).
• Should be a self-motivated person and to be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Should be able to work late hours and if required on weekends upon special requirements (Year-end / Month-end periods).
• Should be a person with high interpersonal and analytical skills, a committed who can work with minimum supervision.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meed deadlines.
