Accounts Executive

Location: Kandy Workshop

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Maintain general ledger & reconciliation.
• Assisting the timely closure of the monthly accounts to achieve month end reporting deadlines.
• Responsibility for overlooking the payments, collections & overall working capital management.
• Preparation and coordination of annual budget.
• Preparation of financial evaluation analysis, profit forecast & variance analysis.
• Ability to work independently with under pressure.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strategic level of CASL / CIMA / ACCA.
• 5 years of experience in the accountancy field, out of which at least 2 years in the similar capacity.
• Hands on experience in computerised accounting package and MS Office packages.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in preparing management accounts.
• Experience in Automobile industry will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
• Should be a team player with positive attitude.
• Age preferably below 30 years.
• Applicants from in and around Kandy are preferred.
