HR Services Officer

Job Profile:

• Stakeholder in the procurement process pertaining to Admin related spends & raising PO, PV, PR and GRNs.
• Processing employee related expense payments such as employee reimbursements and expenses.
• Responsibility of deliverable in the admin function.
• Management of head office mail, packages and courier services.

Candidate Profile:

• Age 21 years and above.
• At least 6 months prior experience in a similar capacity.
• G.C.E. Advanced Level with three passes.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Sinhala.
• Excellent in MS packages especially in MS Excel.
