We are a well-established organisation engaged in providing technology services to a wide clientele in Sri Lanka. Currently we are in the process of expanding our business processes and are looking for a qualified Accounts Clerk for our Accounts Division.
Accounts Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Assists accountant in handling the accounting department's workflow.
- Prepares accounting reports and track accounts payable.
- Handle deposits and keep accurate records relating to accounts receivable.
- Makes ledger entries and ensure accuracy of all transactions.
- Reconciles accounts and balance company financial records.
- Compile reports relating as assigned.
Requirements:
- Should be with suitable accounting certification.
- Previous experience in a similar position with minimum 2 years of experience is a must.
- Good computer skills is a must.
- Well-organised team player with a positive attitude towards work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
