Junior Accounts Executive cum Cashier

Location: Colombo 3

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling the cashier function and petty cash payments.
• Ensure that the cash collection in duly balance and proper banking of daily cash payments.
• Duly maintain allocated floats and daily reconciliation.
• Serve the customers without delays.
• Physical verification of cash on daily basis.
• Maintaining periodic transaction reports.

Key Requirements:

• Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L examination.
• Should have a minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity. (Preferable in a Finance Company).
• Ability to work independently and effectively.
• Fair communication skills in both English and Sinhala (Tamil speaking also encouraged to apply).
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Specially Excel). IT application & exposure to use accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Email corresponding and interpersonal skills.
