Administration Executive - Stores

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling Administration Store - Printing / Stationary Items.
  • Handling re-order process and maintain MOQ.
  • Responsible for all GRN process in printing & stationary items.
  • Checking and acknowledging Good Received Notes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in stores and materials management.
  • Professional qualification in stores management will be an advantage.
  • Should be a practical person with ability to work independently and a good team player.
  • Having a sound IT literacy is essential.
  • Ability to work additional hours if an when required.
