Executive - Finance (System and Reconciliations)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting system master data setups to ensure accurate and complete data transfer to the ledger in an AS400 system.
• Prepare daily interface reconciliations for interfaced transactions.
• Prepare monthly GL reconciliations, follow-up and clear reconciling items and aged balances.
• Manage expense allocation rules in SAP and perform expense allocation cycles.
• Check and sign off for accuracy and completeness of accounting for new products launched and changes to existing products portfolio.
• Prepare required MI for regulatory and board papers.
• Maintain system access register with appropriate segregation of duties.

Candidates are required to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognised university.
• Full or part qualification in CA, ACCA, or CIMA
• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on knowledge in AS400 and platform and SAP system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
