IT Assistant
Candidates should have the skills and knowledge to assist in performing hardware and software installation and manage IT inventory, provide support in diagnosing hardware and software issues and troubleshooting activities, troubleshoot IT equipment such as desktop PC, laptop, printers, IP cameras, IP phones and scanners and other peripherals, troubleshooting Networking (LAN/WAN) and Internet connectivity problems.
Entry Requirements:
- Higher diploma or diploma in IT from a recognised university or institute.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Experience in Windows Server Active Directory environment.
- Experience in Linux and Centos.
- Experience in Cloud technology.
- Age below 27 years.
- Experience in SAP will be considered as an added advantage.
