Bharti Airtel Limited is a leading global telecommunications company with operations in 18 countries across Asia and Africa.

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the following position.

Finance Executive (Contract Based)

The Job:

• Enter and upload invoices into ERP system.
• Processing all kinds of payments (supplier / regulatory / utility / forex / employee etc).
• Involve and manage Bank reconciliation.
• Track expenses and process expense reports.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Analysis of accounts and preparing schedules as per timelines.
• Obtaining Vendor SOA's, correspondence with vendors, maintain vendor files / reconciliations and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Involve in month-end closure activities and prepare related monthly reports.
• Coordinate with External Auditors, provide supporting documentation with these audits.
• Maintain other Accounts payable related schedules.

The Person:

• Degree in Accounting and Finance or a full/partly qualified from Chartered Accountancy / CIMA / ACCA / etc.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Accounting field.
• Proficiency to work in a computerised environment / Advanced Excel knowledge is a must.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
