Accounts Assistant

Job Role:

  • Ensure all bank reconciliations are prepared timely and accurately and reviewed according to company procedures.
  • Prepare documents for new bank account opening, addition and revision of signatories and other documents related to the bank accounts.
  • Liaise effectively with branches / divisions and banks to ensure smooth functioning of the bank reconciliation process.

Job pre-requisites:

  • 1-2 years of working experience in the same field.
  • Completion of A/L examination.
  • Sound knowledge of EXcel.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Qualification in AAT / CMA / ICA / CIMA would be an added advantage.
