Executive Finance Operations
The Job:
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment collection.
- Ensuring payments are made to the relevant suppliers/service providers on a timely manner.
- Manage client/supplier correspondence and provide excellent customer service.
- Preparation of monthly performance/management reports.
- Managing day to day administrative tasks such as recording inventory additions, sales, and purchase orders.
- Track shipments and communicate with vendors, customers, and freight forwarders.
- Identifying non-value adding activities & process improvements to streamline the processes.
Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in Admin, Finance & Accounting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field & a part qualification in CIMA/ACCA.
- Experience with bookkeeping software, such as Xero.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
