Cashier Cum Operations Officer

Location - Panadura

The selected candidate will be responsible for,

• Carry out cash balancing in the branch daily including system balance.
• Ensure all Finance & Administrative procedures are promptly followed.
• Manage the petty cash under provided guidelines.
• Prepare reports on cash and cheque balances.
• Issue system generated receipts to the customers.
• Maintain a filing system for all financial related activities of the branch.
• Maintain post-dated cheque records and banking on time.
• Perform as branch Operations Officer function in absence of operations officer in the branch and responsible for the overall job function in operations officer.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in similar capacity, bank/financial institution is preferred.
• Have achieved a basic qualification of G.C.E. A/L.
• Computer literacy.
• Good command in speaking and writing skills in Sinhala and English is required.
• Candidates who are living in Colombo and Nuwara Eliya area are encouraged to apply.
