Senior Executive - Planning

Job Role:

• Develop and implement action plans, and contingencies to maximize delivery route / staff / truck efficiencies / effectiveness and minimise missed deliveries to optimize delivery metrics.
• Coordinate operations / deliveries and continuously monitor & maintain the delivery schedules for assigned area.
• Develop delivery schedules, monitor planned schedule performance and track resource utilization.
• Maintain discipline within the operations team (With operation executives).
• Develop and monitor the delivery service quality and ensure resource gaps are monitored and corrective measures are taken timely.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports.
• Proactively recommend and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Operation Management from recognized university.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Should possess excellent analytical, organization, negotiation and people skills.
• Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken skills in Sinhala, English. Knowledge in Tamil would be a distinct advantage.
• Computer literate with good report writing skills & ability to analyze, capture and present information effectively.
