Executive - HR & Administration

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, including training on company policies and procedures.
  • Manage casual employees and preparation of casual employee salaries.
  • Handle employee uniforms, staff meals & welfare matters.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources management.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
