Executive - HR & Administration
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, including training on company policies and procedures.
- Manage casual employees and preparation of casual employee salaries.
- Handle employee uniforms, staff meals & welfare matters.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources management.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
