Senior Executive - Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in a more professional manner and provide information.
  • Align with QA process in the company.
  • Resolving and providing feedback on customer complaints.
  • Handling on the job training.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma related to Sales, Marketing or Equivalent.
  • At least one year working experience in similar capacity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English & Sinhala)
  • Computer Literacy-Good in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Keen in dynamic, growing start up culture.
  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.
  • Knowledge in QA related activities is an added advantage.
