Cashier cum Front Office Coordinator

Location: Siddhalepa Clinic, Colombo 7

The Role:

  • Managing transactions with customers using cash register.
  • Ensure the pricing is accurate.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions.
  • Make sure the accuracy of the bills.
  • Prepare daily income reports and send them to Head Office.
  • Enter guests' details, and product sales details into the system and keep the system up-to-date.
  • Overall responsibility for transactions and cash balance.
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist customers to purchase products, cross-sell products and introduce new products.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a cashier or in a similar role in Sales.
  • Computer friendly.
  • English speaking.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Good math skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays.
