The Person:

• Candidates with a degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Candidates with part qualifications in degree / professional qualifications.
• Candidates with G.C.E. A/L and G.C.E. O/Ls (Credit passes in English and Mathematics of G.C.E. O/Ls).
• Candidates with pending A/L results.
• A talented individual with a pleasing personality below 23 years of age.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills coupled with both written and oral communication skills.
• Be familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

During the internship, you will gain exposure in:

• Digital Banking.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Branch Operations etc.
• The candidate will go through a comprehensive training & development programme for personal effectiveness and exposure in Banking.
• Have the opportunity to continue career in specialised areas such as: Information Technology, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Risk Management, Treasury, Branch Banking, etc. based on individual capabilities.
